Become a FrontRunner

Become a FrontRunner

Brighton & Hove FrontRunners is a friendly welcoming club for LGBTQ people and their supporters of all running abilities, from beginner to competitive runners. To get the most out of the club, we recommend for FrontRunners to be able to run 3km, at any pace, without a break. If you are not able to do this we recommend taking part in our beginners programme.

If you haven’t ran with us before, we recommend coming to one of our Wednesday night runs to try us out before signing up.

If you would like to become a FrontRunner please read the below and complete our membership form.

Try us for free during May

We are currently giving new FrontRunners the opportunity to run with us for free until the end of May – just turn up to one of our sessions and give us a try. If you enjoy running with us and want to continue beyond May, membership will cost £15 until April 2020. We also offer reduced or waived fees for unemployed, low waged and students – details will be included in your joining email. Check our Events page to see when we’re running and just turn up 5 minutes before the start of the session.

New Members’ Night

If you are a bit anxious about joining us for a run, come to one of our regular New Members’ Nights Members. On New Members’ Nights, we will hold a fun introduction to running session, meet members of the committee and other FrontRunners.

Our next New Members’ Night is:
Wednesday 5th June – 7pm.
King Alfred Leisure Centre, meet Beachside next to the Beach Shelter.

No sign up is required, but if you would like to let us know you are coming or want to find out more information you can contact us at
